Frequently asked questions
Straight answers about applying, documents, decisions, repayment, customer care, and keeping your information safe.
How do I apply for a loan?
Choose a loan, review its requirements, and complete the online application. You can also contact or visit a branch if you need help.
Does submitting an application guarantee approval?
No. Zane Finance reviews your information, documents, affordability, and any required collateral or verification before making a decision.
Which documents do I need?
Requirements differ by loan. Every loan page lists what to upload and which original documents you must bring to a branch.
Can I photograph documents with my phone?
Yes, when the application asks for an upload. The image must be clear and complete. Some documents must still be presented in their original form at a branch.
How long does a decision take?
A decision is normally communicated within 48 hours after all required paperwork and verification are complete.
How do I know which loan fits me?
Compare the purpose, repayment period, amount, and requirements on the loans page. Send an inquiry if you would like an officer to guide you.
What should I do if I may miss a payment?
Contact your branch or loan officer as early as possible. Do not wait until the due date has passed.
How can I make a complaint?
Use the complaints form or contact a branch. You will receive a reference that should be quoted in future communication.
How can I identify an official Zane Finance channel?
Use the phone numbers, email addresses, branches, and WhatsApp links published on this website. Never share a password or one-time code with someone claiming to be staff.
